The idea came to me when I was deep into the study of gratitude and how it can fundamentally change our thoughts and lives. I often remind myself that the problems we think we have can be quite insignificant compared to the problems of others in the world.<\/p>\n<p>Much of the media and our society are constantly pressuring us to focus outwardly on what we don&#8217;t have.
